SACRED CIRCLE 3 'Death: The Great Transformation'

Amazing-Blue-Pattern-Background-Free.jpg

Fear for many people has its' roots in the fear of death - the unknown.

This is a subject that people are reluctant to discuss.  At this Sacred Circle we intend to shed light on this inevitable event, which leads to rebirth and transformation.

We will explore what happens at the moment of death, fears

associated with death, rebirth as a process of transformation, not only in death of the physical body, but while we are alive - when we die to an old habit and gain a new perspective.

We will engage in a Sacred Circle sharing, pranayam, rebirthing

process and meditation.

The Soul and the Subtle Body

Our Soul, our True Self (not the limited ego) chooses to be born and chooses the parents, the latitude, longitude and time of birth.  The soul is encapsulated by the subtle body, if the soul did not have the enclosure of a subtle body, it would melt into the Universal Self.

Each being has a very unique destiny to fulfill, which no one else can complete.  Our developed and undeveloped unique abilities or patterns are carried on the subtle body.  When the subtle body contains many limiting patterns (habits, tendencies, karmic imprints), our soul can not radiate brightly.

Aspects of Dying

Death

The goal is to be liberated while alive and not wait until death.  This is the path of Jiwan Mukt.  Jiwan means life. Mukt liberated.  One lives with the deep-seated understanding of the Reality of life and death, the soul, and one’s purpose.

The mental body at death

At the time of death, the pranic body leaves first.  Following its collapse we have 3 seconds to review our life with our Negative, Positive and Neutral Minds.  It is vital when we are confronted in those three seconds that our mind connects with the majesty of the Undying Self, and the Reality of existence.  This can be done with a pran sutra, a mantra that gives us this experience.  When we can keep such a mantra in the mind during these 3 seconds, the connection with the Neutral Mind will be constant and we will not condemn ourselves. (Pawan Guru chant 3 minutes)

Electromagnetic Field

After the three seconds the soul enters into the subtle body and after 3-4 days after death the soul and subtle body leave as a unit.  The challenge is to cross the electro-magnetic field of the Earth during the next 13-17 days to enter the blue ethers.  Family and friends can support the soul by chanting the mantra Akal.  ‘without death’-deathless (chant 1 minute)

Blue Ethers

After crossing the electro-magnetic field of the Earth, we pass through the first blue ether.  Here we leave the subtle body, which carries our experiences, behind and our life history is recorded in the Akashic Records or Cosmic Library.  Then we move to the second and third blue ether for further learning.

Suicide and death in accident

When someone commits suicide, the person decides to cut the flow of his pranic body, and the sequence in which the ten bodies leave is altered.  Then usually the soul hangs around in the electro-magnetic field of the Earth, unable to cross to the blue ethers.

When someone dies instantly in an accident, the soul may immediately incarnate into another body without going to the blue ethers.

              Conscious Re-birthing

                                     January 29, 1986

1.  Sit in easy pose with a straight spine and cross your hands over your heart center, right over left.  Open your mouth and breathe heavily through your throat.  Close your eyes.  You have to participate strongly.

7 minutes.

2.  Lie down in Baby Pose.  Meditate on all the elementary pain you felt in your mother's womb and let it go. 1.5 minutes.  For the final

3 minutes, mentally re-experience the moment of your birth.

3.  Stay in Baby Pose and go into a deep nap.  2 minutes.

To finish:  Inhale deeply and hold your breath for 1 minute as you pump your navel.  Feel beautiful and feel as if you have a tremendous amount of bright light in your head.  Exhale and inhale.  Hold your breath for 15 seconds as you pump your navel.  Relax.

4.  Slowly rise up into a sitting position.  Sing along with Singh Kaur's tape Wahe Guru Jio.  Feel free and innocent and sing like a baby.

8.5 minutes.

To finish:  Inhale, hold your breath as long as you comfortably can, concentrating at the brow point.  Bless yourself with the light of God.  Use this light to rebuild and resurrect yourself.  Exhale.  Repeat this sequence 2 more times.

Sometimes during the first nine months of life, when we are in the womb of the mother, we pick up fears that become part of our personality.  This conscious re-birthing kriya helps us to overcome those fears.

Just forgive yourself." YB

GOBINDAY MUKANDAY MANTRA (Celestial Meditation can be used)

Mantra:  Gobinday, Mukanday, Udaaray, Apaaray, Hariang, Karian, Nirnaamay, Akaamay

Translation:  Sustainer, Liberator, Enlightener, Infinite, Destroyer, Creator, Nameless, Desireless

Sostenedor, Liberador, Iluminador, Infinito, Destructor, Creador, Sin Nombre, Sin Deseo.

This mantra brings stability to the hemisphere of the brain and works on the Heart Center to develop compassion, patience and tolerance, uniting one with the Infinite.  It is noted for the capacity to breakthrough deep-seated blocks.  This mantra is also known as the Guru Gaitri Mantra.  It is part of Jaap Sahib, written by Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th Sikh Guru.

Pick up the notes.  The brain has the capacity to automatically pick it up.  These words existed before any language existed.  Just pick up the rhythm and that's all you have to learn.  These are called rhythm mantras. Rhythm mantras are meant to pick you up into the ether.  This is one mantra in the world which balances the ether and the Earth.

You can sing it anyway.  You can sing it driving, sitting, eating, sleeping; it doesn't matter.  Whenever you utter it, all facets of God will be right in you.  Now, when you will do this, after a while you will start seeing lots of things.  You will say something an it will happen; don't worry.  Just keep on doing it.

Life is a living experience between the finite and Infinity.

"The Guru Gaitri Mantra of Guru Gobind Singh has the power of the four Vedas, six Puranas and thirty-six Simritis.  All these are equal to reciting the Guru Gaitri just once.  Traditionally, only a person who has been initiated by a guru is entitled to chant a gaitri.  Whoseever shall chant it, the Primal Power, the Adi Shakti, will guard that being.

This mantra is a 'Shakti' mantra.  Shakti gives one the positive power of God.  If you chant this mantra, there shall be no enemy, includinbg one's own ego, which can overpower you.  It is a mantra of deathlessness." - Yogi Bhajan (7/9/75)
